Just ask the folks at Ace Arts, the company suing Sony/ATV Music Publishing and Apple Corps for blocking the release of their documentary, <em>The Beatles: The Lost Concert</em>, featuring footage from the Fab Four&rsquo;s February 11, 1964 concert at the Coliseum in Washington, DC. In a nutshell, Ace arts reached a distribution deal to screen the documentary in 500 theaters across the country before Sony/ATV and Apple Corps put the kibosh on the whole thing. Ace Arts claims the 35-minute video footage is in the public domain, but Sony/ATV, which owns the rights to certain Beatles songs, blocked the deal from moving forward.</span>
