Jonathan David Hodges, 25, of the 3100 block of James Run Road, was charged Sunday with failing to appear in court in a case in which he was charged with driving with a suspended license.

Brian F. Haneschlager, 32, of the 200 block of Vince Drive in Elkton, was charged March 17 with a drinking and driving offense.

Ashley Clark, 23, of the 200 block of Perrywood Court, was charged Sunday with first- and second-degree assault. During an argument with a 22-year-old male about infidelity and child care on Roosevelt Avenue, she allegedly cut the man with a small folding knife; he refused medical treatment.

Alphonso C. Hoke, 23, of the 400 block of Trimble Fields Drive in Edgewood, was arrested Sunday on drug charges.
