21. Prada, Baz Luhrmann fete 'Great Gatsby' costumes on starry night

Director/producer/writer Baz Luhrmann must be pretty proud of his latest offering, "The Great Gatsby," due out May 10. At least it looked that way Tuesday night in New York at Prada's cocktail reception kicking off the SoHo store's exhibit of the movie's costumes, designed by Luhrmann's wife, Oscar-winning costume designer Catherine Martin, in collaboration with fashion designer Miuccia Prada. Some of the movie's stars -- Carey Mulligan, Tobey Maguire and Isla Fisher -- attended, as did Katy Perry, Florence Welch and Maggie Gyllenhaal. [WWD]
