The Golden West College football team saw its record fall to 2-3 Saturday following a 21-14 loss to L.A. Harbor at Orange Coast College's LeBard Stadium. The Rustlers took a 7-0 first-quarter lead on a 75-yard touchdown run by Michael Pierre. That score stood at halftime, but Harbor (4-1) erupted for 21 third-quarter points to go in front for good.

The Rustlers scored their final touchdown in the fourth quarter on a nine-yard scoring pass from Raymond Huizar to Ryan Watson. Pierre rushed for 149 yards on 21 carriers and Huizar was 14 of 32 for 158 yards with two interceptions.

Golden West, which has dropped three straight games, is idle this week and starts Central East Conference play Oct. 13 hosting Santa Ana College at 7 p.m. at OCC.
