A Victorville man who allegedly recorded women changing in a Fountain Valley thrift store and while walking in public will be arraigned Monday, according to a statement from the Orange County district attorney’s office.

Scott Ruvolo, 56, is scheduled to be arraigned at 8:30 a.m. in the West Justice Center in Westminster. He is being charged with disorderly conduct of attempting to secretly film another and faces three months in jail if convicted.

Fountain Valley police are continuing to seek additional victims who may have been unknowingly recorded while changing in a Salvation Army’s dressing room this summer, according to a statement from police.

Authorities arrested Ruvolo on July 11 in connection with the crime.

Police said Ruvolo had recorded two unidentified women undressing at the store before the arrest.

Other footage on his phone included shots of women as he walked around Target stores and a Starbucks while the recording device was clipped to his belt, authorities say. The crimes occurred between June and July.

Ruvolo was an assistant track coach at Calvary Chapel High School in Santa Ana during the time of his arrest.

Authorities are asking people who think they might be victims to call Det. Jesse Hughes at (714) 593-4480.
