Robert Stanley Cornett

Robert Stanley Cornett, 54, formerly of Mullins, died Wednesday, January 18, 2012 at his home in Huntington Beach, Ca.
Robert was born October 21, 1957 in Maine, the son of the late Coy Moore Cornett and the late Dorothy Perkins Alford Cornett. He retired from AT&T/Pacific Bell as a telephone technician after 27 years of service. Robert was a US Navy veteran.
Surviving Robert are: a Sister: Cynthia Cornett Watson of Columbia; a Nephew: West Watson; a Niece: Mattie Watson: an Uncle: Stanley Alford of Columbia; 2 Aunts: Faye Alford of Surfside Beach and Marie Alford of Myrtle Beach; and several cousins.
A graveside memorial service was held this past Saturday, February 4th at Smith Cemetery in Mullins, with the Rev. Steve Bailey officiating. The service will be directed by Cox-Collins Funeral Home of Mullins.
