Area 2

Goldenwest Street: An attempted auto theft was reported in the 300 block at 8:40 a.m. Sunday. The caller reported someone had smashed the front windshield and damaged the ignition and passenger seat. The caller also found the hood open and said there could be damage to the engine.

Area 3

Delaware Street: A burglary was reported in the 1000 block at 9:44 a.m. Friday. The caller said someone entered through an unlocked back door and stole credit cards, check books and a lockbox filled with $22,000 in cash.

Nineteenth Street: A vehicle burglary was reported in the 600 block at 5:15 p.m. Saturday. The caller reported tools and parts were stolen from a silver 2008 Chrysler Town & Country. The caller also said the vehicle might have been unlocked at the time.

Main Street: A misdemeanor assault was reported in the 200 block at 10:58 p.m. Sunday. The caller reported another man picked him off his feet and dragged him out onto a patio.

Main Street: A person defrauding an innkeeper was reported in the 200 block at 7:28 a.m. Monday. The caller reported a man and two females did not pay their bill, which was more than $40.

Fifth Street: Petty theft was reported in the 200 block at 12:09 p.m. Sunday. The caller reported a gray crochet purse was stolen that contained an ID, wallet and passport.

Beach Boulevard: Grand theft was reported in the 21200 block at 12:57 p.m. Sunday. The caller reported an iPod and iPad were taken.

Warner Avenue: A vehicle burglary was reported in the 10401 block at 3:38 p.m. Monday.

Warner Avenue: Petty theft was reported in the 9675 block at 3:35 p.m. Monday.

Slater Avenue: Loud music was reported in the 10221 block at 5:04 p.m. Monday.

Los Jardines East and Los Jardines West: A coyote was reported at 9:50 p.m. Monday.

Newhope Street: A shoplifter in custody was reported in the 17900 block at 3:48 a.m. Sunday.

Avenida Cinco De Mayo and Calle Zaragoza: A reckless vehicle was reported at 4:54 p.m. Sunday.

Los Jardines East: A suspicious subject was reported in the 17615 block at 9:57 p.m. Saturday.

Lilac Avenue and Richardson Street: Loud music was reported at 10:30 p.m. Saturday.
