The Huntington Beach Police Department has been unable to update its online crime mapping for the past two weeks and is trying to get the site working again, officials said.

The department uses the website CrimeReports.com to post incidents that occur around the city, including petty thefts, robberies and assaults.

Denise Robsel, with the police records bureau, said that for some reason the site stopped updating March 29. Officials at the records bureau said they are looking into the problem but aren't sure when it will be resolved.
