AREA 1

Research Drive: Attempted burglary was reported in the 5300 block at 8:44 a.m. Friday. The caller reported that someone cut the lock of their gate and broke into their storage unit, but did not steal anything.

Cooper Lane: Burglary was reported in the 16700 block at 2:14 a.m. Saturday. The caller reported two laptops, an iPad, iPad mini, PS3 and Xbox 360 were stolen while he was asleep in his house. His daughter had left the house and the door was unlocked.

Center Avenue: Petty theft was reported in the 7800 block at 11:25 p.m. Saturday. The caller reported their Samsung Galaxy S3 stolen from a basketball court.

Talbert Avenue: Petty theft was reported in the 8200 block at 6:51 p.m. Friday. The caller reported that a female stole cosmetics and vitamins.

Florida Street: Petty theft was reported in the 18900 block at 8:10 a.m. Sunday. The caller reported the grips from his bicycle were stolen.

Rolf Circle: Burglary was reported in the 8300 block at 1:48 p.m. Sunday. The caller reported that their ex-wife broke the lock off his mother’s safe and stole gold bars, jewelry and coins.

3rd Street: Assault was reported in the 300 block at 7:29 a.m. Friday. The caller reported that a woman punched another woman in the chest.

19th Street: Burglary was reported in the 400 block at 8:03 a.m. Sunday. The caller reported that a suspect unlawfully entered an unlocked car and opened the garage door using the remote opener. The suspect tried to steal three items but left them behind.

Malibu Lane: Burglary was reported in the 22200 block at 1:37 p.m. Saturday. The caller reported that her diamond jewelry and two pendants were stolen.

Sunridge Drive: Battery was reported in the 9300 block at 2:21 p.m. Saturday. The caller reported that the owner of her residence was hit with a brick by her ex-husband.

Brookhurst Street: Petty theft was reported in the 18500 block at 9 p.m. Saturday.

Big Bear Court: A domestic dispute was reported in the 18200 block at 3:25 p.m. Saturday.

Aberdene Mountain: A loud party was reported in the 16400 block at 8:53 p.m. Sunday.

Mount Herrmann Circle: Burglary was reported in the 17300 block at 7:22 a.m. Friday.
