Free Admission For Military At Science Center

The Connecticut Science Center in Hartford marks Memorial Day with free general admission for hometown heroes on Saturday and Sunday, May 25 and 26. Active-service and veterans as well as firefighters, EMS and police officers can visit at no charge, and immediate family members accompanying service personnel get half-off general admission. (Movies and parking fees not included.) ID required. Science Center admission ranges $14 to $19; children 3 and under and members are free. Hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.; closed Mondays.
