Armando is an affectionate Tiffany mix, a relatively new breed originating in New York (hence, the Tiffany moniker), also sometimes known as a Chantilly.

This is a semi-long-haired cat with no undercoat, which makes for easier daily grooming. Armando came to the shelter as a stray in September, so his background is unknown. However, this 10-pound boy is healthy, neutered and about 5 years old.

Because of his sociable nature, he was chosen to visit the City Council on Monday evening to promote pet adoptions, and this same sweet temperament would make Armando a wonderful companion in most households.
