Huntington Welcomes Sunset

The Sunset Beach Community Assn. and the city of Huntington Beach hosts a short welcoming ceremony at 7 p.m. in the lot next to the Fire Station/Community Center, 16865 12th St., before the regularly scheduled community meeting. Mayor Joe Carchio is expected to give an official welcome and present the association with a city flag and plaque, among other items. Remarks will be made by the Sunset Beach Community Association Board of Directors and other Huntington Beach dignitaries.

Self-Management Class

The Chronic Disease Self-Management Program offers a free six-week self-management class at FountainGlen Seacliff Clubhouse, 7181 Garden Glen Court, Huntington Beach.
